I feel: Ridiculously excited for today to be my last day on this cleanse. Just like yesterday, I’m a little bit nervous about what I’m going to eat when the cleanse is over and how my stomach is going to react to going back to solid foods, but we’ll see! I’m still feeling great, but am sort of dying to eat something. It’s not even that I’m hungry, it’s just that I miss actually chewing food or even eating something hot. Eating individual vegetables might make me break out into a spontaneous dance at this point. Brussels sprouts, I’m lookin’ at YOU!
The past 2 days I’ve felt somewhat weak again, so I’m very glad to be going off the cleanse tomorrow. I’m pretty sure it’s because I’ve been upping the exercise, yard work, and house work, so I’ve been on my feet most of the day every day being super active. Perhaps I should’ve been drinking even more juice!
Weight Lost: 0 lbs.
Total Weight Lost: 10.5 lbs. Not too shabby. Now, let’s see how much of this actually stays off once the cleanse is officially done! I’ll keep track and give an update in a week on where things are. Good times, good times. I’m pretty positive that I’ll still be juicing throughout the week, not like I have been, but perhaps for a snack or breakfast. I have a lot of fruits and vegetables that haven’t been used yet, and I’ve actually really been enjoying the juices I’ve been drinking. Especially in this heat, it’s very refreshing to just drink your cold veggies.
This Cherry Orange Cranberry Juice is easily one of my favorite fruit juices. The dark, sweet cherries are what I especially love about this drink… They’re sweet, rich, and full of antioxidants. They certainly help round out the tartness of the cranberry juice and the acidity in the orange juice. All mixed together, this is one powerful cocktail of Vitamin C, anti-oxidants, and some added benefits to your healthy urinary system!
