Morning Exercise: Return to the gym gym gymitty gym with focus on back, shoulder, biceps and triceps. Whoopadee do!
Breakfast: Orange Berry Juice
Lunch: Bell Pepper Green Juice
Dinner: Tomato Cilantro Juice
Snack: Bell Pepper Zucchini Juice
I feel: So much better! I woke up bright and early and made it to the gym, no problem. I’ve recovered from yesterday’s emotional trauma and I’m certainly far from exhausted today. I’m definitely beginning to feel the results of the weight loss, some of it definitely becoming more permanent than water weight. My jeans are loose, my stomach is super flat… I love the way I feel right now and would love for it to just keep moving forward! I’m not even bloated from my monthly blues. My skin, by the way… My skin feels terrific. I was warned that I would probably have a big breakout on the cleanse and so far, nope. All I have is super clean, super soft, lovely skin. Hopefully I didn’t jinx myself by announcing that, though.
It feels weird that there are only 4 days left on the cleanse. I almost feel like I’ve just changed my lifestyle and could go on with this forever (which I won’t… but still). I’m going to see how I feel on day 14 and reevaluate whether or not I want to go even longer. I mean, the juices I’ve been drinking have been delicious and the results of my skin and waist feel very nice, I may want to go just a liiiiiiiitttle bit longer.
Weight Lost: 0 lbs. Aww.
Total Weight Lost: 9 lbs.
These morning fruit juices are definitely my favorite meal of the day. It’s pretty hard to go wrong with these, and orange has proven to be my favorite base. Berries are another love of mine, and they’re so full of vitamins, nutrients, and antioxidants, I’d be a fool not to use them whenever possible! I wanted to add cranberry juice to this particular drink and so I purchased 100% cranberry juice from Trader Joe’s instead of trying to juice my own… It just seemed too difficult. Now, I don’t know if I’m supposed to be a stickler for purely juiced-on-the-spot fruits or what, but I know this addition is only going to help and not hurt me, so I’m cool with that. Gotta make sure my insides are getting everything they need!

- 8 Strawberries
- 1 Fuji Apple
